Just figured this was too muscular to be Wally at the very beginning, and the print style looked too late-70s to mid-80s to be a more developed Wally (then again, I never really saw his first few comics after he took on the mantle). But the hobo thing definitely explains a lot. I’m not a hobo, but I would definitely be doing the same thing if I got suddenly got GOES FAST powers. I think this kind of behavior reflects all social classes.
